She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Lee and Idella Robins; her husband Bobby Gunter; her grandchildren, Jon Gunter and Toni Elizabeth Corbin; and her siblings, Edith Williamson, Bill Robins, Leon Robins and Margaret Jeannette Robins.

She is survived by: her brothers, Ricky Robins, Jim Robins and Jeff Wiggins; her children, Johnny Gunter (Shelia), Debra Ward (Frankie), Vickie Martin and Susan Comeens (Chris); and her grandson Sam Lewis (Laura). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; and 11 great great grandchildren.
