We are sad to announce that on July 20, 2022 we had to say goodbye to David Leon Dempsey of Double Springs, Alabama, born in Haleyville, Alabama. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, JuaNella Dutton Dempsey and Jimmy Dempsey; and his siblings, Deleighua "Delisa" Dempsey, Ray, Terrance and Rusty Dempsey.
He is survived by: his sons, Logan Dempsey (Haley) and Mason Dempsey; his granddaughter Olivia Janet Faith Dempsey; his siblings, Lorenda "Sissy" Flanagin (Danny), Lynn Dempsey (Jenny) and Robert Dempsey (Michelle); his uncle Don Dutton; and his aunts, Noma Dempsey, Betty Prescott and Judy Dutton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, family requests donations toward funeral costs be made to Nichols Funeral Home.
