He was predeceased by: his father David Baldwin, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Ann Lee Baldwin; his wife Robin Baldwin; his children, Aislinn Baldwin Smith (Jason) and Adam Baldwin; his grandchildren, Kaylix Baldwin and Shonix Baldwin; and his siblings, Lori Stephenson, Steve Baldwin (Lisa), Kenneth Baldwin (Kerri) and Kevin Baldwin (Dallas). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks you to donate to a charity of your choosing, or to plant a tree in remembrance of Dewayne.
