With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Christopher Lee Tasker of Double Springs, Alabama, who passed away on April 23, 2024 at the age of 51. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Melanie Couch Tasker; his father John Dale Tasker; his uncles, Samuel Edward Taylor and George Walton Taylor; his grandparents, Louie Edward Taylor, Susie Avalee Dyer Taylor, Donald Claude Tasker Sr. and Anna Margaret King Tasker; his uncle John Kiker; and his aunt Sandie Tasker Gohn.
He is survived by: his mother Gwendolyn Sue Taylor Tasker; his brother John Tasker (Mary); his son Brandon Alexander Tasker; his aunts and uncles, Lavonia Taylor, Glynace Jo Taylor Hood (Wendell), Wanda Gay Taylor Kiker, Robin Hope Tasker Henley (Mike), Ronald Tasker (Kathy) and Monte; his nephew Jonathan Rogers; his great-nieces, Ella Rogers and Kindal Ward; and his cousin Mark Kiker (Andrew Taylor). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in the name of Chris Tasker to the American Heart Association.
