She was predeceased by: her parents, Wiley Donaldson and Bessie Donaldson; her husband Dale Hendrix, Sr.; and her brothers, Wilton and Ray Donaldson.

She is survived by: her sons, Dale Hendrix, Jr. (Tammy), Jeff Hendrix (Hannah) and Barry Hendrix (Lynn); her sister Delene Bradford; her grandsons, Eric Lott, Luke Hendrix, Reid Hendrix, Austin Hendrix and Hayden Sims; her niece Gail Price; and her caregivers, Kay Corbin, Neida Shae Ward, Shana Turner, Sherry Woodard and Tammy Hulsey. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
