She was predeceased by: her husband James "Jim" Ashley; her parents, Jonathan Thomas and Ida Lou Dill Thomas; her siblings, Jerry, Ronald (Mable), George (Nellie), Claude Thomas and Beverly Files (James); and her brother-in-law Dave Luetkin.
She is survived by: her children, Harold Abbott (Tonya), Kay Halbrook (Dale), Bobby Abbott (Bridget), Wayne Abbott (Paula) and Shawn Ashley; her siblings, Wayne Thomas (Polly) and Lou Luetkin; her sister-in-law Diana Thomas; and her grandchildren, Josh Lane (Autumn), Scott Abbott (Leslie), Ashley Hulsey (Aaron), Amy Fisher (Travis), Brittany Freeman (Josh), Greg Abbott, Brianna Abbott (Aubrey), Allen Abbott, Michael Ashley, Chris Ashley, Ken Ashley, Adam Thomas and Aubre Thomas. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
