He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Collins and Frieda Collins; and his son Dennis Hendrix. He is survived by: his wife Ann Brannon Collins of Dothan; his children, Shana Ouellette (Tim), Lia Collins, Jennifer Parker (Jamie), Steve Hendrix (Ladonna), Sheila Poe (Tony) and Tammy Loyed (Gary); and his sister Deloras Johnson. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren.
