He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Raines and Loisteen Raines; his wives, Dorothy Ann Raines, Margaret Ann Raines and Judy Raines; and his son Kevin Rafferty.
He is survived by: his grandson James Carl Brown; his children, April Raines, Pam Watford (Josh), Missy Strength (Terry), Eddie Brown (Deborah) and Scott Rafferty (Sandra); and his siblings, George Raines, Betty Jean Watson and Janie Perkins. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
