He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, William R. Bailey, Jr. (Debi) and Christy (Phenix City); and his grandchildren, William Riley Bailey III, Dustin Bailey, Haley and McKenzie Bailey. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to charity of choice in remembrance of Mr. Bailey, Bill's favorite charities consisted of St Jude's Children's Hospital and the Wiregrass Humane Society.
