He is survived by: his sons, Tanner Johnston and Trevor Johnston; his mother Beverly Lisenby Folmar; his stepfather Sam Folmar; his sister Susan; his brother-in-law Eric Jernigan; the mother of his children Celeste Reynolds Johnston; his aunts and uncles, Cy, Gail Lisenby, Nadel, Howard Griffith and Marta St. John; and his cousins, Kenna, Bret Head, Kami, Evan Bolton, Grethyn, Jerry Judah, Ward Griffith, Chris St. John and Patrick St. John.
