He was predeceased by: his father Wade Lewis, Sr.; his grandparents, Leonard, Eunice Varnum, Charles and Beaulah Lewis; and his brother Steve Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Alisha; his daughters, Lauren Elizabeth and Abbey Grace; his mother Glenda Lewis; his siblings, Melissa Kirkland (Ricky) and Jason Lewis (DeeDee); and his siblings-in-law, Beth Handal (Nelson) and Ron Durham (Sandy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, as well as great nieces and nephews.
