He was predeceased by: his father Wade Lewis, Sr.; his grandparents, Leonard, Eunice Varnum, Charles and Beaulah Lewis; and his brother Steve Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Alisha; his daughters, Lauren Elizabeth and Abbey Grace; his mother Glenda Lewis; his siblings, Melissa Kirkland (Ricky) and Jason Lewis (DeeDee); and his siblings-in-law, Beth Handal (Nelson) and Ron Durham (Sandy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, as well as great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Ward Wilson Funeral Home (2414 Hartford Hwy, Dothan, AL 36305). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
