He was predeceased by: his mother Marjorie L. Hartgrove; his daughter Wendy Davis; his brother Ronnie Davis; his nephew Ronnie Jr. Davis; and his daughter-in-law Liza Davis.
He is survived by: his children, Tommy Davis II and Elizabeth Davis; his grandchildren, Julie, Aubree, Danielle, Tiffany and Jayda; his brother Tony Davis (Betty); and his nieces, Marjorie Obert, Becky Williams, Bailey Williams, Tonie Davis and Amelia Smith.
