He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston McCormick and Mamie McCormick; and his brothers, William Butch McCormick, Jerry Thomas McCormick and Tracy McCormick.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis McCormick; his son Jason McCormick; his sister Donna Sue Gay (Wayne); and his grandchildren, Tristen McCormick, Paisleigh Kate McCormick and Kynleigh Anne McCormick.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 23rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ward Wilson Funeral Chapel (2414 Hartford Hwy, Dothan, AL 36305). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, August 23rd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Frith Hill Church Cemetery (2078 Fowler Rd, Ashford, AL 36312).
