He is survived by: his wife Carol Shill Pike; his daughters, Beverly Pike of Enterprise and Amanda Pike Nichols of Birmingham, Alabama; his granddaughter Kenzie Gale Nichols of Birmingham; and his brothers, Robert Pike (Linda) of Moscow and Gary Pike of Ft.
