Payne of Chester, PA, Edwin Harper of Chester, PA, Shelia Brown of Woodbridge, VA and Benita Harper of Claymont, DE; her nephews, Shamiel Wanamaker, Shawn Wanamaker of New Castle, DE, Brenton Harper of Claymont, DE and James Brown, Jr. of Woodbridge, VA; her friend Dionne Deloatch (Clark) of Collingdale; and also Estella Paulin of Washington, D. C.. She is also survived by wife, dedicated daughter, steadfast sister and compassionate friend.
