She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Harrell, Sr. and Sue Pittman Harrell; and her brother Arthur Harrell, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband James "Don" Shirah; her daughter Teresa McLester (Tony); her sister-in-law Cabira Harrell; and her close friends, Cyndi, Richard Newman, Ann, Coley Mathis, Maurice and Betty Plummer. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Bethel Baptist Church Building Fund, 3257 Cottonwood Road, Dothan, AL 36301.
