She is survived by: her children, Andrew Mauldin and Anna Peak (Jerod); her siblings, John Judah (Belinda), Mason Crumpler (Emily) and Sheila Tate (Ronny); and her stepfather Bobby Crumpler. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
