He is survived by: his daughters, Logan Spivey (David Carnley) and Erin Spivey (Cameron Moore); his grandchildren, Lana Carnley, Lyla Carnley and Waylon Moore; his mother Jan Collier; his brothers, Michael Spivey and James Spivey (Emily); his nephew Michael Spivey (Kayla); his niece Karley Spivey; his former wife Felicia Spivey; his in-laws, Jerry, Dannie Maddox, Jeremy Maddox, Jeffrey Maddox and Scott; and also Don Kassian.
