She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam McAllister and Carrie Smith McAllister; and her siblings, John, James, Sam, Reuben McAllister, Bettye Vinson, Elizabeth Rodgers and Frances McAllister.
She is survived by: her siblings, Maurine Short of Dothan, Christine McAllister of Tampa, Carrie McAllister of Cleveland, Doris Trawick of Fife, Washington and Walter McAllister of Tampa, Florida.; her nephew Andy Short; and her friend Ruthie. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
