He is survived by: his wife Barbara Butterworth; his children, Lisa Lewis, Greg Butterworth (Shannon), Sharon Washington (Robert), Cindy Daniels and Natalie Nelson (James); his sisters, Jane Good, Ellen Sanders, Evelyn Leatherwood (Wayne) and Dianne Spelts (Rod); and his grandson Cullen Daniels.
