He is survived by: his children, Constance Eva Williams (Royce) of Dothan and Richard Ezell Chadwick II (Kara) of Sarasota; his grandchildren, Kyle (Alison), Kelsey (Derek Barfield), Conner (Kalyn) and Ava Jean; and his great grandchildren, Lorelai, Jerome, Walker Mac Williams, Roland, Cannon and Samuel Barfield.
