It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggie Frances Layton (Dothan, Alabama), who passed away on January 5, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her daughter Carla Vann; her son-in-law Eugene Vann; and her siblings, Jimmy Burgess and Johnelle Burgess Rhodes. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Layton (Todd Jones); her brother Rusty Burgess (Thelma); and her siblings-in-law, Wren Layton (Bobbie) and Lynn Burgess. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
