With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Parker Franklin Messick of Dothan, Alabama, who passed away on March 29, 2024 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucius Messick and Mada Messick; and his siblings, Dean Messick, Rayford Messick, Raymond Messick and Lennie Hill.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Williams Messick; and his sisters, Linda Young, Jeanette Corley and Elizabeth Faulkner. He is also survived by his extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society in Parker's honor.
