We are sad to announce that on April 9, 2025, at the age of 85, Martha June Kyser of Dothan, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Grady Farmer and Mary Ellen Farmer (Spivey); her former husband James David Avant; her husband Bill; and her brothers, Jim Farmer and Joe Farmer.
She is survived by: her children, Allison (Avant) and David Blake Avant (Jennifer Alvarado Avant); her grandchildren, Melinda (Mindy Mims) and Phillip Thomas Quinn (Rachel Goodson Quinn); and her great grandchildren, Gabrielle Leigh Warden, Juliana Marie Warden, Andrew Trent Warden and Zoey Rose Quinn.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ward Wilson Funeral Home (2414 Hartford Hwy, Dothan, AL 36305). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ward-Wilson Funeral Home (2414 Hartford Hwy, Dothan, AL 36305).
