It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Madiolan McGowan Norton of Dothan, Alabama, who passed away on September 25, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Coy Lee McGowan and Voncile Lewis McGowan; and her brother Bruce McGowan. She is survived by: her husband Bobby Ray Norton; her children, Debbie Norton Aman (Donnie), Cindy Norton Medley and Bart Norton; her siblings, Nadine Wilson of Malvern, Clarice Creel of Malvern, Betty Jean Saunders of Malvern, Brenda Grantham (Johnny), Gloria Box (John), Beverly Andrews (Randy) and Jerry McGowan of Esto, FL; her grandchildren, Ashley Bass (Kevin), Clay Aman, Jennifer Medley, Justin Medley and Emily Snyder (Ronnie); her great grandchildren, Trenton Medley, Nikolai Snyder, Cade Blankenship (Anabeth), Cody Blankenship (Alexa), Kyleigh Bass, Kinley Bass, Katlyn Miller (Tyler) and Cole Bass (Brianna); and her great great grandchildren, Lizzy Blankenship, Harper Blankenship, Banks Blankenship, Oakley Miller, Hartlyn Miller, Presley Miller and Bailey Bass.
