He is survived by: his wife Blonnie Hasty; his daughter Patsy Burk (Larry); his grandchildren, Kim Barker (Keith), Craig Burk (Candy), Karla Hatcher (Ronnie) and Scotty Hasty; and his great grandchildren, Chasity Garner (J. C.), Tara, Cody Barker, Keri Prince (Austin), Josh Burk, Billy, Marcus, Clint and Daniel Hatcher.
