He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel McNeal Bowman and Myrtle Gray Bowman. He is survived by: his son Steven M. Bowman (Marie); his wife Shirley Jean Watkins Bowman; and his grandchildren, Christopher Bowman, Kyle Bowman (Marla), Aimee Befort (Dean) and Molly Fannin (J. R.). He is also survived by nine great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
