It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loretta Russell (Dothan, Alabama), born in Steele, Alabama, who passed away on April 20, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Noley Franklin Redden, Sr.; her husband Reverend Wallace "Buddy" Russell, Jr.; and her son Edward Russell. She is survived by: her parent Pauline Fore Redden; her daughters, Judy Joiner (Willie), Sally Latham (Gene) and Barbie Flatt (David); her daughter-in-law Judie Russell of Temple, GA; her grandchildren, Scott Knight, Nicole Sheehan (William), Matt Latham (Brooke) and Brookelyn Flatt; and her great grandchildren, Addison Knight, Justice Knight, Hannah Hassebrock, Caleb Hassebrock and Ashleigh Latham.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Bethel Baptist Church "Mission Fund", 3257 East Cottonwood Road, Dothan, AL 36301.
