He was predeceased by: his parents, Early Oliver and Eunice Inez Sellers Seay; and his siblings, Lois Johnson, Harvey, Jerry, Ronnie and David Seay.

He is survived by: his siblings, Doris Bryan of Geneva, AL, Linda Prater of Enterprise, AL and Gary Seay (Marie) of Taylor, AL; and his sisters-in-law, Susan R. Seay of Geneva, AL, Susan D. Seay of Dothan, AL and Anita Seay of Robbinsville, NC. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
