With solemn reverence, we commemorate Larry Joe Austin Sr. of Dothan, Alabama, whose life came to an end on February 25, 2025 at the age of 91, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin William Austin and Velma Sewell Austin; and his wife June Austin. He is survived by: his children, Joe Austin (Jan) of Huntsville and Karen Austin Pybus (Billy) of Dothan; his grandchildren, Matt Austin (Brigitte), Ben Austin (Ashley), Logan Austin, Ashley Pierce (Joe), Austin Wells (Ashley) and Bradley Wells; and his great grandchildren, Carter Wells, Jackson Austin, Zoey Austin, Lily Grace Austin, Heidi Austin and Anderson Peirce. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Memory Hill Cemetery (2414 Hartford Hwy, Dothan, AL 36305). A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Memory Hill Cemetery (2390 Hartford Hwy, Dothan, AL 36302).
