In the vast expanse of eternity, Kathy shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Kathy farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Watford and Dorothy Watkins Watford; her granddaughter Macie Granger; and her nephew Kenneth "Lee" Rhodes. She is survived by: her children, Lori Granger (John) and Derrick Newman (Tiffany); and her sisters, Margaret Brown and Judy Rhodes (Kenneth).
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ward-Wilson Funeral Home (2414 Hartford Hwy, Dothan, AL 36305). A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Memory Hill Cemetery.
