She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Joel Steven Carter; her mother Linda Real; her husband Steve Carter; her son James Carter; her father Jack Real; her siblings, Frances Howard (Buddy), Greer Tirrill (John) and Doug Real (Sonya); her mother-in-law Pat Carter; and her sisters-in-law, Sherry Snider (Robert) and Marisa Parker (Brett). She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
