He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Benjamin Martin and Ethel Martin; and his sister Sue Hall. He is survived by: his wife Linda Martin; his children, Lisa Kingry (Paul), Laura Smith (Glenn) and Jona Martin; his grandchildren, Kristi Martin (Brandon), Paige Womack (Billy), Martin Kingry (Hayley) and Jackson Smith; his great grandchildren, Kryslin, Maddux Martin, Banks, Bo Womack and Baby Kingry; and his sisters, Carolyn Thomley (Bobby) and Melba Whitehead. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Glover Funeral Home Chapel (1468 Hartford Hwy, Dothan, AL 36301). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Rehobeth Baptist Church (4444 State Hwy 605, Rehobeth, AL 36301). A burial was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at the Memory Hill Cemetery (2414 Hartford Hwy, Dothan, AL 36305).
Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to the Rehobeth Baptist Church Building Fund 4444 South State Highway 605 Dothan, AL 36301.
