He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Harold Hodge and David Shute, Sr.. He is survived by: his parents, John Hodge and Sandi Hodge (Shute) of Dothan; his sisters, Anna James (Justin) of Springhill, TN and Abby Sparkman (Daniel) of Dothan; his nieces and nephews, Poppy James, Decker James, Dane Sparkman and Kennedy Sparkman; and his grandmother Jean Shute.
