She was predeceased by: her parents, William Carl and Stella Inez McCullough; and her siblings, Helen Louise Hauck, William McCullough (Bill) and James Wilson McCullough.
She is survived by: her husband Arnold Lambert; her children, John Hodges (Rhonda), Lory Hodges, Mark Allen Lambert, Frances Irene Lambert and Pam Sims (Todd); and her granddaughter Jamie Purvis (Phillip). She is also survived by numerous other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
