He was predeceased by: his brothers, Arthur Wesley Fulton and Wendall Eugene Fulton. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Fulton (Littlefield); his children, Jeremy Fulton and Julie Garner (Josh); his grandchildren, Rylan, Makenzie, Austin Fulton, Zeph and Jay Garner; and his siblings, Kenny Fulton and Sally Fulton Blalock.
