He is survived by: his sons, Jerry McWaters Raphaelson, Michael Talmadge McWaters and Marshal Ryan McWaters; and his siblings, Roger McWaters (Mary), Lynda McWaters Pouncey and Rosalyn McWaters Ward (Edward). He is also survived by his family, friends.
