The memory of Jean Knight Golden of Dothan, Alabama, born in Greenville, Alabama, who passed away on February 2, 2025 at the age of 95, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Knight and Allie Knight; her husband Earl; and her brother Pete. She is survived by: her daughter Kaye Barrett (Roger); her grandsons, David (Katie) of Dallas, TX and Mark (Angel) of Orlando; and her great grandchildren, Luke, Matthew, Hailey, Charlie, Hannah and Jack. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Ward Wilson Funeral Home (2414 Hartford Hwy, Dothan, AL 36305). A celebration of life was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a charity of your choice.
