She was predeceased by: her husband Morris Downing; and her brother Jack Griswold. She is survived by: her children, Gwen Downing of Dothan, AL, Roy Downing (Jan) of LaGrange, GA and Russell Downing (Tona) of Dothan, AL; her sister Mable Lee of Elba, AL; her grandchildren, Wesley Downing (Caryn) of Talbot, TN, Kristoffer Downing (Melissa) of Dothan, AL, Tara Britto (Josh) of Dothan, AL and Kala Carr (Shawn) of Dothan, AL; and her great grandchildren, Oliver Downing, Kole Downing, Jesse Carr, Kaylee Carr and Brooklyn Britto.
