He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Eubanks Culbreth Timmons and James Rodney Culbreth, Sr.. He is survived by: his sisters, Jean C. Mangiafico (Edgar) of Chatham, Sarah C. Erwin (Carl) of Blakely, Georgia and Anne Timmons Fletcher of Newnan, GA.; and his children, Evelyn Eubanks Culbreth Timmons, Herman Fletcher and Bobby J Timmons.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Morgan Cemetery (119 Church St, Morgan, GA 39866).
He lovingly built rocking horses for his nephews and nieces and baby doll cradles for charity, sharing his talents with those around him.
