He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. Price and Evelyn Price; and his grandchildren, Jamey Price and Haley M. Price. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Jenelle Price; his sons, James F. Price, III (Teresa) and Michael L. Price (Kim); his grandchildren, Michael Price, Joshua Cain Price and Becka Price Duke (Marc); his stepchildren, Wendy Oakley (David), Kim Bradshaw and Mike Watkins; and his stepgrandchildren, Katherine Oakley Olson (Luke), Emma, Olivia, William Oakley, Bailey, Bethany, Brynley Bradshaw, Brandon Mathis, Alex, Laney and Ryder Watkins. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
