R.) and Susan King; his stepsons, Jeffrey Marsh (Nikki) and Slade Marsh; his nieces and nephews, Alex Lints (Hailey), Josh Lints, Brandon Pytleski, Amanda Velazquez (Carl) and Vicki Brunson; his cousins, Tina Gravitt (Mike) and Julie Gravitt; and his close friends, David Livingston and Teresa Purvis (Chris).
