He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmer Cecil and Elvia Kirkland Lassiter; and his siblings, Mary Sawyer, Sybil Holton, Sheila Mitchell, Lewis Lassiter and Larry Lassiter.
He is survived by: his sisters, Lounell Baxley of Fadette, Melba Smith (Jimmy) of Slocomb and Deborah Fowler (Ray) of Graceville, FL; and his siblings-in-law, Diana Lassiter of Fadette, Gail Lassiter of Fadette and Lamar Holton of Graceville, Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; special friends.
