He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Brunson and Hazel Faircloth Brunson. He is survived by: his children, Kathryn Gonzalez (Benjamin) and Alan Michael Brunson; his brother Michael Brunson; his grandchildren, Kaylee, Tyler Gonzalez and Andrew Brunson; his niece Rachel Marie Ryerson (John); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Reese Jordan and Hazel Jean.
