He is survived by: his son Jay; his wife Moni (Yuk Yee Jacobs); his children, Jeff Jacobs (Cindy) and Jennifer Jacobs; his brother Randy Jacobs; and his daughter-in-law Nena Jacobs. He is also survived by five grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
