It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Doyle Davis of Dothan, Alabama, who passed away on November 3, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Johnnie B. Davis and Nina Arnold Davis; his wife Betty Boothe Davis; his daughter Carla Gulledge (Glen); his siblings, Linda Middleton and Jerry Davis (Nell) of Decatur, AL; his grandsons, Joseph Gulledge (Lacy) and Samuel Gulledge (Elizabeth); and his great grandchildren, Rylan Gulledge, Charlee Gulledge and Ava Gulledge.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Holman-Headland Mortuary Chapel (305 Main St, Headland, AL 36345). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Garden of Memory (6200 Old U. S. Highway 431, Headland, Alabama 36345).
Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
