She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Sammie Hulsey and Grace Hulsey; her spouse Thomas O. Lumsden; her daughters, Sandra Aycock (Joe) and Teresa Strickland (Michael); her grandson Samuel; her great grandchild Michael Strickland; her sister Lois Robinson; and her friend Anna Wagner.
