He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Beasley and Robbie Jewell McNeil Butler; and his brothers, Rev. Willie Butler and Lonnie Butler. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Harrell of Dothan; his children, Cathy Sizemore (Tony) of Dothan, Karen Mathews (Eddie) of Dothan and Stephen Butler (Monique) of Rockport, Texas; his sisters, Edna Weeks of Geneva County and Barbara Turvin of Dothan; and his grandchildren, Nikki Caldwell (Jon) of Dothan and Jeremy Sizemore (Crystal).
