He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Taylor and Clara Mae Smithers. He is survived by: his children, Debra Jean Smith (Michael), Kristi Taylor, Randall Shands Taylor, David Scott Taylor (Linda) and Gregory Stephen French, Jr.; his grandchildren, Zachary Ryan Smith, Shane Michael Smith, Felicia Victoria LaClair (Carlos), Veronica Paige Taylor, Victoria Ashley Taylor and Mark Alexander Govoni; and his great grandchildren, Fallon Smith, Finch Smith, Fifer Smith, Freya Smith, Maximus Carlos Vega and Cayden Taylor Resko. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
