She is survived by: her parent Fannie Frances Champion Ott; her children, Cheryl Willis (Joel), Bruce Maddox (Cathy), Montgomery, Gary Maddox (JoAnn), Dothan Maddox, Dan Maddox (Sharon) and Headland; her sister Audrey McNeal (Reynolds); and her grandchildren, Ami Evans (Eric), Brad Maddox (Tate), Natalie Pirne (Rob), Allison Maddox, Sharon Norris, Jodi Bensley, Jason Maddox, Jenny Whitehurst (Jeremy), Amber Traylor (Adam), Ben Willis (Shannon Hulon) and Jessica Vivone (Josh).
